【摘要】 目的调查心内科护士亚健康状况,分析影响亚健康的因素,为制定护士健康管理方法提供科学依据。方法采用便利抽样法抽取山东省6家三级甲等医院心内科护士190人,采用一般资料调查问卷、亚健康评定量表进行调查,采用独立样本t检验及单因素方差分析进行统计学分析。结果 190名心内科护士亚健康评定量表总得分(51.02±10.31)分,亚健康的发生率为72.11%,有3.16%的护士处于疾病状态。在饮食是否规律、每天饮水量、每天睡眠时间、有无运动习惯、每年有无出去旅游、每周工作时间、每周加班情况之间存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论心内科护士亚健康发生率高,亚健康程度不一,其生活方式及习惯和工作时间及加班等对其出现亚健康问题有一定影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the present status on sub-health of nurses from cardiovascular department and analyze its influencing factors to provide reference for formulating health management method for nurses. Method Choose 190 nurses from cardiovascular department in 6 first class hospitals of Shandong province by convenient sampling. Investigate them by general information questionnaire and Sub-health Assessment Scale(SHMSV1.0). Give statistic analysis by Independent-Samples T Test and one-way ANOVA. Result The total score on SHMSV1.0 is(51.02±10.31) for 190 nurses of cardiovascular department. The incidence of sub-health is 72.11% and 3.16% nurses are in disease state. There is significant difference on regular diet, drinking amount, daily sleeping time, exercise habit, travelling habit, working time every week and extra work every week(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a high incidence of sub-health for nurses of cardiovascular department. Their degree of sub-health varies, which is influenced by life style, working time and extra work.更多还原
