【摘要】 目的调查急诊护士的心理资本及岗位胜任力现状,并分析心理资本对岗位胜任力的影响。方法采用便利整群抽样的方法,抽取118名急诊科护士为调查对象,使用护士基本资料调查表、急诊科护士岗位胜任力问卷、护士心理资本问卷中文修订版(PCQ-R)进行调查,使用Pearson相关分析、逐步线性回归进行统计学分析。结果回收有效问卷111份,问卷有效回收率为94.1%。心理资本得分为(92.36±11.70)分,岗位胜任力得分为(88.82±6.26)分。急诊护士心理资本与岗位胜任力呈显著正相关,相关系数r=0.453,P<0.05;心理资本的自我效能维度(r=0.327)、希望维度(r=0.448)、韧性维度(r=0.354)以及乐观维度(r=0.270)均与岗位胜任力有不同程度的相关性。心理资本的希望维度(P=0.001)和乐观维度(P=0.037)对于护士的岗位胜任力有显著影响,解释变异度R~2=0.322。结论急诊护士心理资本与岗位胜任力呈显著正相关,护理管理者应注重护士心理资本水平的培养,尤其是培养护士希望与乐观的工作态度,以提高急诊护士的岗位胜任力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the present situation of psychological capital and post competency for emergency nurses and analyze the influence of psychological capital on post competency.Method Choose 118 emergency nurses by convenient cluster sampling.Investigate them by general information questionnaire,post competency scale for emergency nurses and Psychological Capital Questionnaire-Revised(PCQ-R).Analyze the data by Pearsonanalysis and step linear regression.Result 111 valid questionnaires are received and the efficient rate is 94.1%.Score on psychological capital is(92.36±11.70)and score on post competency is(88.82±6.26).There is positive correlation between psychological capital and post competency for emergency nurses(r=0.453,P<0.05).Dimensions of self-efficacy(r=0.327),hope(r=0.448),toughness(r=0.354)and optimism(r=0.270)of psychological capital all have correlation of different degrees with post competency.Dimensions of hope(P=0.001)and optimism(P=0.037)have significant influence on post competency,explaining the variance R~2=0.322.Conclusion Psychological capital has positive correlation with post competency for emergency nurses.Nursing managers should cultivate nurses’ psychological capital level especially their hopeful and optimistic working attitude to improve their post competency.更多还原
