【Abstract】 The evaluation of the quality of teachers’ teaching is the cornerstone for the teaching quality of teachers in universities. The article specifically expounds some problems involved in the teaching quality of teachers in universities from the following five perspectives, i.e. why to evaluate, what to be evaluated, how to evaluate, how to achieve the goal of evaluation, how to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers.
