【摘要】 依法治国既是中国共产党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,也是发展社会主义市场经济的客观需要。为深化理解并推广该国策,制定高校管理制度更多的依据法律条款,并将此法治入校形式与传统的道德教育方式结合,在我国高校中实现"德法共治"的教育管理方略势在必行。文章列举高校实行德法共治教育模式的原因,意图阐明依靠在高校内实行"德法共治"改善当前校园管理松、软的局限性和弊端的可行性,证明其对高校学生的意识形态和高校思政教育的实效性具有提升作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ruling the country by law is the basic strategy of the Communist Party of China to lead the people to govern the country, and it is also the objective need for development of socialist market economy. In order to deepen the understanding and popularize the national policy, it is imperative to formulate the university management system more in accordance with the legal provisions, and to combine this form of admission by law with traditional moral education, so as to realize the educational management strategy of "rule of law with virtue" in Chinese universities. This paper enumerates the reasons for the implementation of the education model of moral-and-legal co-governance in colleges and universities, and intends to clarify the feasibility of improving the current loose and soft campus management by means of "rule of law with virtue" in colleges and universities, proving that it can improve the ideological and political education of college students and the effectiveness of college ideological and political education.更多还原
