【摘要】 网络环境下,大学生存在人际交往困难、过于沉迷网络、主流价值观偏差等各种心理问题,严重阻碍了他们身心的健康发展。基于此,结合现阶段心理健康教育与预警工作现状,针对其中出现的筛选指标缺少真实性、数据无法实现动态化、工作过程不够完善等具体问题,分别通过加强大学生心理问题筛查工作、实施心理预警数据动态化管理、对高危学生开展实时心理监测等有效路径,构建网络环境下大学生心理健康与预警机制,以期借助网络技术的优势,革新大学生心理健康与预警工作模式,从根本上帮助大学生解决心理问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the network environment, college students have various psychological problems such as difficulties in interpersonal communication, excessive addiction to the Internet, and deviations in mainstream values, which seriously hinder their healthy development of mind and body. Based on this, combined with the current situation of mental health education and early warning work, this paper focuses on the specific problems, such as the lack of authenticity of the screening indicators, the inability to achieve data dynamics, and the incomplete work process and tries to build a college students’ mental health education and early warning mechanism under the network environment through effective measures, such as strengthening the screening of college students’ psychological problems, implementing the dynamic management of psychological early warning data and real-time psychological monitoring for high-risk students.
