【摘要】 目的探讨基于时机理论的延续护理对肠造口患者照顾者照顾能力及照料负担的影响。方法将105例肠造口患者主要照顾者随机分为对照组52例和干预组53例,对照组给予肠造口常规护理与随访,干预组在此基础上实施以时机理论为框架的延续护理,分别于患者入院时、出院时、出院后3个月、出院后6个月评价两组照顾者的照顾能力及照料负担。结果干预后两组照顾者照顾能力总分及各维度得分在时间、组间、交互作用方面,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预组照顾者照料负担水平在干预后各时间点均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论基于时机理论的延续护理有利于提高肠造口患者照顾者照顾能力,降低其照料负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on caring ability and burden of caregivers of enterostomy patients, based on Time It Right(TIR).Methods A total of 105 patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=52) and an intervention group(n=53).The control group received routine nursing care and follow-up visit,while the intervention group were given continuous care intervention based on TIR framework.The caring ability and burden level of caregivers in the two groups were evaluated at discharge,and 3 months and 6 months after discharge.Results After the intervention,the total scores of the two groups of care ability and the scores of each dimension were significantly different in terms of time,group,and interaction(P<0.01).The severity of caregivers’ care burden in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group at all measuring points(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on "Time It Right" can improve the care ability of caregivers of enterostomy patients and reduce their burden of care.更多还原
