盾构隧道双层衬砌结构弯矩分配的解析模型
Study on the Analytical Expressions Model of Bending Moment Allocations on Double-layer Linings of Shield Tunnel
【摘要】 考虑盾构隧道双层衬砌结构中二次衬砌的结构性功能,研究盾构隧道双层衬砌结构弯矩分配特性,推导了弯矩分配比例的解析表达式。并采用有限元方法数值模拟了盾构隧道双层衬砌结构3个典型的例子,将解析解与有限元数值模拟结果相比较,验证了所推导解析解的正确性。研究表明,二次衬砌混凝土的所分担总弯矩与初次衬砌管片所分担总弯矩的比,近似等于各自截面惯性矩的比。在常规设计的双层衬砌厚度条件下(管片厚度h1=0.5m,二次衬砌混凝土厚度h2=0.2m),初次衬砌管片所分担总弯矩94%以上,而二次衬砌混凝土所分担总的弯矩仅仅占6%以下,二次衬砌对结构的承载能力贡献较小。
【Abstract】 Considering the structural function of the second lining in the double-layer linings of shield tunnel, the bending moment allocations on double-layer linings of shield tunnel were studied and its analytical expressions of were deduced. Three examples of double-layer linings of shield tunnel were numerically simulated with FEM in order to compute moment allocation ratio. Analytical solutions for allocation ratio of bending moments agreed well with numerically simulations. The investigation reveals that the ratio of the bending moment on the second lining concrete beam to bending moment on initial lining segment was approximately equal to ratio of the moment of inertia of second lining concrete beam to moment of inertia of initial lining segment. Under the commonly designing thicknesses for double-layer linings of shield tunnel(with segment thickness h1=0.5 m and second lining thickness h2=0.2 m), the bending moment on initial lining segment burdened 94% of total moment on double-layer linings, and the bending moment on the second lining concrete beam only burdened 6% of total moment on double-layer linings. Therefore, the structural contribution of the second lining concrete is relatively small.
