【摘要】 目的分析绩效管理在医院护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法 2017年1月-12月期间,我院护理管理中采用常规管理模式,且设为对照组,2018年1月-12月期间,我院护理管理中采用绩效管理模式,且将其设为研究组,两组都以32名在职医护人员作为对象,观察比较医护人员业务能力、护理质量以及病人护理满意度。结果研究组业务能力评分、护理质量评分以及病人的护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,组间数据分析,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院护理管理中,采用绩效管理制度,可提升医护人员业务能力,提高护理质量,且可增加病人的护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of performance management in hospital nursing management. Methods January 2017-December, the nursing management in our hospital used the conventional management mode, and set up as the control group, January 2018-December period, our hospital nursing management using the performance management model, and set it as a research group, both groups with 32 active medical staff as the object, To observe and compare the business ability, nursing quality and patient care satisfaction of medical staff. Results The study Group′s business ability score, nursing quality score and patient′s nursing satisfaction score were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the data analysis between the groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).
