模拟法庭改革路径探析
Probe into the reform path of moot court
【摘要】 文章以布鲁姆分类学为理论依据对我国已有的模拟法庭教学改革路径进行分析,并在此基础上提出进一步完善我国模拟法庭教学的建议。
【Abstract】 Based on Bloom’s taxonomy, this paper will analyze the existing reform path of moot court teaching in China, and on this basis, put forward some suggestions to further improve our moot court teaching.
