【Abstract】 Building beautiful countryside is an important part of realizing rural revitalization strategy. Starting from the importance of building beautiful countryside, this paper analyzes the causes of the talent predicament, and proposes that migrant workers returning home to start a business is one of the main forces to solve this problem,providing a strategy for improving the entrepreneurial efficiency of migrant workers.更多还原
