【摘要】 目的:探讨分析光相干断层扫描(OCT)联合眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)对糖尿病性黄斑水肿的应用价值。方法:以2016年6月到2018年6月间于云浮市人民医院确诊为糖尿病视网膜病变的44例患者66眼为研究对象。按诊断方式不同,等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予FFA诊断,观察组给予OCT联合FFA诊断,对比两组患者临床诊断结果。结果:观察组诊断符合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在Ⅰ期诊断中,观察组诊断符合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余分期诊断中,两组患者诊断结果基本相同,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者临床诊断中,OCT可将患者视网膜厚度、层次形态等进行精准的反应,对早期患者敏感程度较高,与FFA联合应用,可及时对患者进行诊断,具有极高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate and analyze the application value of OCT combined with FFA in diabetic macular edema.Methods: 66 eyes of 44 patients diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy in Yunfu people’s hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were studied. According to different diagnostic methods,they were divided into control group and observation group. FFA diagnosis was given to the control group and OCT combined with FFA diagnosis to the observation group,and the clinical diagnosis results were compared between the two groups. Results: observation group diagnosis coincidence rate is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05),in Ⅰ period diagnosis,the observer group diagnosis coincidence rate is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05),and the rest in staging diagnosis,diagnosis results are basically the same in both groups,compared with no statistical significance( P>0.05). Conclusion: the clinical diagnosis of patients with diabetic macular edema,OCT patients with retinal thickness and layers can be form and accurate response,high sensitivity in patients with early and FFA joint application,can timely diagnosis for patients with high clinical application value.更多还原
