【Abstract】 In view of the contradiction between test time and allowable number of faults in reliability validation of naval electronic equipment, this paper proposes a scheme of using reliability growth test. It shortens the test time and avoids the difficulty in selecting timing truncation test scheme according to identification ratio and risk in reliability qualification test.
