含砷工业污泥特性及处置技术研究进展

【摘要】 含砷工业污泥是采用化学沉淀法处理工业含砷废水产生的一类危险废物,这类固体废物具有总砷含量高且浸出毒性大的特点。近年来,含砷工业污泥的污染和处置问题已引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。归纳了3类常见含砷工业污泥的来源、组成特性和环境风险,并从处置效果、作用机理和经济成本等方面评述了稳定化/固化和资源化利用2种处置技术对不同类型含砷污泥的适用性,进而针对现有处置技术存在的研究和实践上的不足展望了含砷污泥安全处置相关的未来研究方向。

【Abstract】 Arsenic-containing industrial sludge with high content and high leachability of arsenic is hazardous waste,which is produced during the chemical precipitating processes of arsenic-contaminated water treatment. After long-term weathering and leaching,arsenic-containing sludge would release high toxic arsenic and result in serious threats to surrounding environments as well as human health. Recently,the pollution caused by arsenic-containing industrial sludge and the associated treatment technologies have attracted extensive attention worldwide. This review article summarized the sources,components,and characteristics of three representative arsenic-containing sludge. The stabilization/solidification and resource utilization processes for different arsenic-containing sludge and their efficiency,mechanism,and cost were discussed in some detail. In addition,future research directions were prospected to develop more efficient treatment technologies for arsenic-containing sludge.
