胜利油田某废液站压裂返排液特性分析
ANALYSIS ON CHARACTERISTICS OF FRACTURING FLOWBACK FLUID OF A WASTE LIQUID SITE IN SHENGLI OILFIELD
【摘要】 石油开采过程中产生了大量具有高COD、高黏度以及高稳定性的压裂返排液。针对胜利油田某废液站压裂返排液,采用气相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱联用仪(GC/TOF/MS)、激光剥蚀-等离子体质谱仪(LA/ICP/MS)以及X射线衍射仪等测定了压裂返排液样品的一般特性、有机组分与无机组分,研究了石油类物质及悬浮固体沉降特性,完善了油田压裂返排液特性的认知。研究结果表明:该压裂返排液样品所含成分复杂,ρ(TOC)和ρ(COD)分别为2715. 7,9960. 0 mg/L,需进行破胶、脱稳预处理;悬浮固体粒径中值为107. 3μm,油水密度差为0. 011 g/cm3。沉降8 h后,石油类物质和悬浮固体去除率分别为28.52%和7.38%,需采用高效混凝沉降技术处理。
【Abstract】 A large amount of fracturing flowback fluid with high COD,high viscosity and high stability were produced in the process of oil recovery. In order to improve the treatment efficiency,it is necessary to recognize its characteristics of fracturing flowback fluid. According to the complexity of the components of fracturing backflow fluid,the general characteristics of the fracturing flowback fluid samples from a waste liquid site in Shengli oilfield were measured by gas chromatography-four-phase time-of-flight mass spectrometry(GC/TOF/MS),laser denudation-plasma mass spectrometer(LA/ICP/MS),etc.,and the sedimentation characteristics of oil and suspended solids were analyzed. The characteristics of fracturing flowback fluid samples were perfected by systematic analysis. The results showed that the concentrations of TOC and COD were 2715. 7,9960. 0 mg/L,the gel breaking and destabilizing process should be used in the pre-treatment of fracturing flowback fluid with complex composition. The median particle diameter of suspended solids was 107. 3 μm,and the density difference between oil and water was 0. 011 g/cm3. The removal efficiencies of oil and suspended solids were 28. 52% and 7. 38% in 8 hours of sedimentation time,respectively. The high-efficiency coagulation sedimentation should be adopted in the treatment of fracturing flowback fluid.In the present work,the characteristics and separability of fracturing flowback fluid were comprehensively analysed for the first time,which was helpful in guiding the development of treating technology of fracturing flowback fluid.
