某废弃焦化场地原位燃气热脱附污染排放及控制
EMISSION CHARACTERISTICS AND CONTROL MEASURES OF IN-SITU REMEDIATION BY GAS-FUELED THERMAL DESORPTION IN AN ABANDONED COKING PLANT
【摘要】 原位热脱附在国内场地修复的应用尚处于发展阶段,目前研究多针对影响修复效果的各项工艺参数,而对修复过程中产生的"二次污染"排放及防治措施研究较少。以某焦化场地规模化燃气热脱附修复工程为例,系统分析了修复全过程的产污环节、处理工艺、排放浓度及达标情况。结果表明:热脱附废气采用"尾气回烧+活性炭吸附"工艺,废水采用"芬顿氧化+混凝+活性炭吸附"工艺,能够实现污染物达标排放,固体废物处置率为100%。该工程的污染物的管控措施能够满足环境管理要求。
【Abstract】 In-situ thermal desorption is still in the developing stage in China,and the research mainly focuses on parameters affecting the treatment efficiency, while the characteristics and control measures of secondary pollution affecting the environment are rarely studied. The paper took in-situ gas thermal remediation for the coking plant soils on a larger scale as an example,analyzed the pollutants emission sections of the whole process, treatment technologies, pollutants emission concentration,discharge standard and so on. The exhaust gas from thermal desorption was treated by burning and activated carbon adsorption,and the wastewater was treated by fenton oxidation-flocculant precipitant-activated carbon adsorption. The result showed that pollutants discharge could meet the emission standards,the treatment rate of solid waste reached 100%,which told that the management and control measures applied in this project could meet the demand of environmental management.
