污泥协同香蕉秸秆中温厌氧发酵中pH对产酸的影响
EFFECT OF pH ON PRODUCTION OF ACID IN MEDIUM TEMPERATURE ANAEROBIC FERMENTATION OF SEWAGE SLUDGE AND BANANA STRAW
【摘要】 污水厂的提标改造需要投入更多碳源保证脱氮除磷效果,而厌氧发酵液中的VFA可作为廉价碳源用于脱氮除磷。为获得更高产量的VFA,为污水厂提供廉价优质碳源,采用批式实验研究了不同pH值(5.5、6.5、7.5、8.5、9.5、10.5)条件下污泥和香蕉秸秆混合发酵VFA的产量情况。研究结果表明:在发酵第2天,各pH值实验组VFA均达到最高浓度,pH=6.5组的VFA浓度为所有实验组中最高,为7122 mg/L,故为最佳实验pH条件。碱性条件下,虽然溶出的糖类物质和蛋白质更高,但VFA的产量低于酸性条件;市政污泥和香蕉秸秆混合发酵可以提高VFA的产量,为污泥单独发酵VFA产量的2.3~3.2倍。
【Abstract】 The upgrading and reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plants requires more carbon sources to ensure the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and the VFA in anaerobic fermentation liquid can be used as cheaper carbon source to remove nitrogen and phosphorus. In order to obtain higher yield of VFA to provide the sewage plant with cheaper, high-quality carbon source, this paper adopted the batch experiment to study the yield of VFA in mixed fermentation of sewage sludge and banana straw under different pH values(5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5, 9.5, 10.5). The results showed that: the VFA concentration of each pH value group reached the highest on the 2 nd day, and the VFA concentration in the pH=6.5 group(the optimal pH value) was 7122 mg/L which was the highest in all experimental groups; although the dissolved concentrations of total soluble sugar and total soluble protein were higher under alkaline condition, the concentration of VFA was higher under acidic condition; the mixed fermentation of sewage sludge and banana straw could increase the yield of VFA, which was 2.3~3.2 times of that by the individual fermentation of the sewage sludge.
