【摘要】 利用文献研究法、数量研究法,分别从国内外尾矿库研究现状、尾矿库的危害、尾矿库溃坝以及尾矿泄漏事故发生路径和成因分析、尾矿库事故预防措施4个方面进行了研究。结果表明:引起尾矿库溃坝及尾矿泄漏的路径及原因是多方面的;坚持科学规范管理,贯彻落实"安全第一,预防为主,综合治理"的方针,制定科学、针对性强的、可操作性强的预防措施,绝大多数尾矿库事故是可以避免的。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the method of literature study and quantitative study,this paper studied the current situations of tailings reservoir research at home and abroad,the harm of tailings reservoir,the dam break of tailings reservoir,the path and cause analysis of tailings leakage accident and the prevention measures of tailings reservoir accident.The results showed that there were many ways and reasons leading to dam break and tailings leakage in tailings reservoirs; The most accidents in tailings reservoirs could be avoided by adhering to scientific and standardized management,implementing the policy of "safety first,prevention first,comprehensive treatment",and formulating scientific,targeted and operable preventive measures.更多还原
