单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗急性脑梗死对患者脑血管储备能力的影响
Effect of sodium monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside on cerebrovascular reserve capacity in patients with acute cerebral infarction
【摘要】 目的:探究单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗急性脑梗死对患者脑血管储备能力的影响。方法:选择某院收治的急性脑梗死患者90例,按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组45例患者采用常规药物治疗,在此基础上,研究组45例患者增加单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗。比较2组患者脑血管储备能力、美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及不良反应。结果:治疗14 d后,2组患者脉动指数(PI)、大脑中动脉(MCV)血流速度及脑血管阻力(CVR)较治疗前均有改善,且研究组PI低于对照组,MCV血流速度及CVR高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应(8.89%)与对照组(6.67%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗可以改善急性脑梗死患者的脑血管储备能力,减轻神经功能缺损程度,安全性较高。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of sodium monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside on cerebrovascular reserve capacity in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:90 patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each.The control group was given routine medicine, and the observation group was treated with sodium monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside based on the regime of the control group.Cerebrovascular reserve capacity, the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:14 days after the treatment, the pulsatility index(PI), blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCV) and cerebral vascular resistance(CVR) in the two groups improved compared with those before the treatment, with PI of the observation group being lower than that of the control group, and blood flow velocity of MCV and CVR higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment, NIHSS of the observation group(9.25±1.25) was lower than that of the control group(15.38±2.57)(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(8.89%) and the control group(6.67%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sodium monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside in treatment of patients with ACI can improve cerebrovascular reserve capacity, reduce nerve function defect, and have higher safety.
