低分化肺癌中睾丸核蛋白的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的:检测低分化肺癌组织中睾丸核蛋白(NUT)的表达并初步分析其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学Elivision法检测70例低分化肺癌组织中NUT的表达情况,并分析NUT表达与临床病理参数的关系,以正常肺组织作为阴性对照,成人睾丸组织作为阳性对照。结果:符合条件的病例共70例,其中低分化肺鳞癌44例,低分化肺腺癌26例,4例低分化鳞癌和6例低分化腺癌NUT表达阳性,不同病例肿瘤组织中NUT不同程度表达。低分化肺癌组织中NUT的阳性表达率为14.28%(10/70)。NUT阳性表达在肿瘤淋巴结转移间差异有统计学(P<0.05),NUT表达与病理组织学类型、年龄、性别、吸烟、肿瘤大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低分化肺癌中NUT表达与淋巴结转移密切相关,可能成为评估肺癌患者预后的分子标志物。

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expression of nuclear protein in testis(NUT) in poorly differentiated lung cancer tissues and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods:The expression of NUT in 70 cases of poorly differentiated lung cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical Elivision method,and the relationship between NUT expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed,with normal lung tissue as a negative comparison and adult testicular tissue as a positive comparison.Results:A total of 70 eligible cases included 44 cases of poorly differentiated lung squamous cell carcinoma, 26 cases of poorly differentiated lung adenocarcinoma, 4 cases of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and 6 cases of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma expressed NUT, and NUT was expressed in different degrees in different cases. The positive expression rate of NUT in poorly differentiated lung cancer tissues was 14.28%(10/70). Significant difference existed in NUT positive expression and tumor lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in NUT expression and pathological histological type, age, gender, smoking, and tumor size(P>0.05).Conclusion: NUT expression in poorly differentiated lung cancer is closely related to lymph node metastasis and may be a molecular marker for evaluating the prognosis of patients with lung cancer.
