海水淡化浓海水对海洋浮游植物的影响研究

【摘要】 分析了舟山六横海水淡化浓海水排水的水质及其重金属污染物,研究了海水淡化浓海水对中肋骨条藻、旋链角毛藻、多列拟菱形藻和隐秘小环藻生长的影响,探讨了高盐度海水对藻类生长的影响机理。结果表明,海水淡化浓海水的营养盐以及重金属含量均明显高于原海水。海水淡化浓海水对四种海藻的生长有不同影响。中肋骨条藻、旋链角毛藻、隐秘小环藻在浓海水中有一定的生长能力,多列拟菱形藻对浓海水盐度较为敏感。总体来看,个体较大的藻细胞对盐度升高更敏感。在高盐度海水条件下培养初期,浓海水中的营养盐及重金属对中肋骨条藻、旋链角毛藻和多列拟菱形藻的生长具有促进作用。

【Abstract】 The water quality and heavy metal pollutants of concentrated seawater drainage from Liuheng Island seawater desalination plant in Zhoushan were analyzed. The impacts of concentrated seawater from desalination plant on the growth of Skeletonema costatum,Chaetoceros curvisetus,Pseudo-nitzschia multiseries and Cyclotella cryptic were studied. The impact mechanism of concentrated seawater on the growth of algae was discussed. The results showed that the contents of nutritive salts and heavy metals in concentrated seawater were significantly higher than those in original seawater. Concentrated seawater from seawater desalination plant have different impacts on the growth of four kinds of marine microalgae. Skeletonema costatum,Chaetoceros curvisetus and Cyclotella crypti maintain considerable growth abilities under concentrated seawater conditions. Pseudo-nitzschia multiseries is sensitive to salinity of the concentrated seawater. Overall,larger marine phytoplankton cells are more sensitive to salinity of the concentrated seawater. At the initial stage of culture in the concentrated seawater conditions,nutritive salts and heavy metals in concentrated seawater promote the growth of Skeletonema costatum,Chaetoceros curvisetus,Pseudo-nitzschia multiseries.
