盐穴储气库不同类型盐岩溶蚀特性实验研究
Experimental Study on Dissolution Characteristics of Different Types of Salt Rock in Salt Cavern Underground Gas Storage
【摘要】 我国盐穴储气库建库地质条件复杂,含泥夹层较多,为盐穴溶腔建库形状控制增加了难度。文章针对不同类型盐岩溶蚀特性进行实验研究,分析了不溶物含量和形式不同的情况下溶蚀速度、溶解质量与波美度的关系。结果表明:(1)盐岩中的不溶物遇水吸附水,实验样品在损失可溶盐质量的同时增加不溶物吸附水的质量,溶解质量减少的速度小于溶蚀速度减少的速度;(2)不溶物的存在阻碍了盐岩的溶解,尤其是结构致密的不溶物;(3)层状盐岩侧溶实验盐层与夹层接触面溶蚀速度与盐层溶蚀速度不一致:盐层下部与夹层接触面的溶蚀速度比盐层溶蚀速度小,盐层上部与夹层接触面的溶蚀速度比盐层的溶蚀速度大。
【Abstract】 Our country’s salt cavern underground gas storage has complicated geological conditions and more salt-mudstone interlayer,which makes it difficult to control the shape of salt caverns. The dissolution characteristics of different types of salt rock are studied,and the relationship between the dissolution rate,the dissolving mass and the degree Baum is analyzed. The following experimental results were obtained. First,the insoluble substances in the salt rock absorb water,and the experimental samples increase the quality of the water absorbed by insoluble salts while the quality of the soluble salts is lost. The rate of dissolving mass reduction is less than that of dissolution rate. Second,the existence of insoluble matter hinders the dissolution of salt rock,especially the compact insoluble substance. Thirdly,in the side dissolution of bedded salt rock,the dissolution rate of the contact surface of salt layer and interlayer is not consistent with that of salt layer.The dissolution rate of the interface between the lower salt layer and the interlayer is smaller than that of the salt layer,and the dissolution rate of the interface between the upper salt layer and the interlayer is larger than that of the salt layer.
