【Abstract】 Regarding the discussion on "distribution of land to farmers for a certain term" and its narration, the situation in the early 1980 s was the rival between "actuality"(the state in fact) and "necessity"(the should-be state), highlighting the legitimacy in farmers’ material needs while exiling the socialist imagination of "fairness and justice".
