【摘要】 目前国内高校的法治文化建设效果已经初见雏形,多数高校内部的组成人员都能够明确校内的法治文化,并且遵循法治文化的核心观念进行自我约束。但这些高校法治文化,明显在文化素养层面存在一定的弱项特征。因此,高校应以校园环境为主,将优秀法律文学的文化沾染作用不断延伸至基础法律课程和整体法治文化建设的内容中,扩大优秀法律文学渗入到法治文化建设的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the effect of legal culture construction in domestic universities has begun to take shape. Most college teaching staff know well campus legal culture and can take self-discipline by following the core concept of legal culture; however, college legal culture obviously has certain weaknesses in cultural literacy. Therefore, colleges should focus on constructing the campus environment, and include the cultural influence of excellent legal literature into the content of basic law courses and into the overall construction of legal culture, and infiltrate the excellent legal literature into legal culture construction in an extensive way.更多还原
