【Abstract】 Henan is forming a national manufacturing and trade center with Zhengzhou as the core.Zhengzhou is in urgent need of a large number of technical talents to build a national central city. Higher vocational colleges should change the asymmetry current situation between talent cultivating and industrial enterprises’ demands. In terms of specialty setup, talent cultivation mode, curriculum system and teaching content, we should speed up the pace of reform so as to cultivate the technical and skilled talent in short supply needed by regional economic development.更多还原
