【摘要】 面对连云港市中等收入群体比重不高的困境,提出了扩大连云港市中等收入群体的对策。建议从保持经济稳定增长、提升经济发展质量、深化收入分配制度改革、推动城镇化,调整产业结构、加大人力资本投入、打破障碍贯彻平等,保证社会流动性等方面入手,构建多方位多举措的复合社会政策支持系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the predicament that the proportion of middle-income group in Lianyungang is not high, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to expand the middle-income group in Lianyungang. It is suggested that a multi-directional and multi-step composite social policy support system should be constructed from the perspectives of maintaining stable economic growth, improving the quality of economic development, deepening the reform of income distribution system, promoting urbanization, adjusting industrial structure, increasing human capital investment, breaking barriers and implementing equality, and ensuring social mobility.更多还原
