【摘要】 针对目前地方高校研究生的学术创新能力不足的问题,在分析国内外学术型研究生学术创新能力培养特点的基础上,提出通过完善课程的设置、增强研究生学习的主动性、加强研究生学术创新思维的训练、提升导师的指导能力、建立完善的考核与评价机制等途径来加强对地方高校学术性研究生学术创新能力的培养。当然,研究生学术创新能力的培养是一个长期的、系统的工程,需要综合高校各方面力量来共同完成。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the insufficiency of academic innovation ability of graduate students in local colleges and universities at present,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of cultivating academic innovation ability of academic graduate students at home and abroad,this paper puts forward that we should improve the curriculum setting,enhance the initiative of graduate students,strengthen the training of graduate students’ academic innovation thinking,enhance the instructor’s guidance ability,and establish a sound assessment and evaluation mechanism,to strengthen the cultivation of academic innovation ability of academic postgraduates in local universities.Of course,the cultivation of postgraduates’ academic innovation ability is a long-term,systematic project,which needs to be completed by integrating all aspects of university forces.更多还原
