【Abstract】 Super hard composite tool material is a new tool material with Ultra-high pressure and high-temperature sintering of a layer of diamond powder on the carbide matrix. This paper introduces the composite way and manufacturing method of super hard cutting tool material PDC, which is polycrystalline diamond PDC composite material, analyzes the manufacturing technology of PDC tool material. The application of PDC cutting tool to machining high silicon aluminum alloy and hard alloy die materials is discussed.更多还原
