燃气电站锅炉先进控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】 某燃气电站锅炉原采用DCS控制,然而常规PID控制效果并不理想。采用广义预测控制和自适应模糊控制实现了有关回路的先进控制,构建了一套燃气电站锅炉先进控制系统,并应用于燃烧系统和汽水系统。现场应用结果表明:该先进控制系统效果良好,有关回路控制品质改善明显。

【Abstract】 The gas power plant employs DCS to control its boilers and the conventional PID control has poor control effect in practice. In this paper,the generalized predictive control( GPC) and adaptive fuzzy control were used to realize advanced control of the relevant loops and a set of advanced control system for gas power plant boiler was constructed and successfully applied to the combustion system and steam water system. Field application shows that,the advanced control system has good effect and the control quality of related circuits has been improved obviously.
