聚氨酯相变储能微胶囊的制备及性能表征

【摘要】 以聚乙二醇1000(PEG1000)为芯材,并以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和二乙烯三胺(DETA)为反应单体,通过界面聚合法制备具有储能功能的聚氨酯相变储能微胶囊,并对其表面形貌、化学结构、热稳定性、储能性能及抗流失性进行了表征与分析。结果表明:聚氨酯相变储能微胶囊呈球形且分布均匀,在凝固和熔化阶段的熔融温度(ΔT_m)分别为24.51℃和38.10℃,熔融热焓分别为109.6J/g和96.6J/g,储能性能优异。当芯材完全分解时,聚氨酯相变储能微胶囊的质量保留率为42.6%,155℃持续烘干12h,质量损失率仅为25.8%,表明所制备的微胶囊具有良好的热稳定性和抗流失性。

【Abstract】 Polyurethane phase change microcapsules with energy storage function were prepared by interfacial polymerization.The core material was polyethylene glycol 1000(PEG1000)and the shell material was prepared by reaction monomers which were isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and diethylene triamine(DETA).The surface morphology,chemical structure,thermal stability,energy storage performance and leaching-resistance were characterized.Results showed that the microcapsules presented spherical sphericity with even distribution.During the crystallizing and melting process,the melting temperatures (ΔT_m)were 24.51℃ and 38.10℃ and the melting enthalpies were 109.6 J/g and 96.6 J/g respectively.this illustrated that the microcapsules possessed preferable energy storage performance.When the core material was completely weightless,the mass retention rate of microcapsules was42.6%.Meanwhile,the mass loss rate was just 25.8% after continuous drying at 155℃ for 12 h.These two results indicated that the microcapsules possessed favorable thermal stability and leaching-resistance.
