改性BiOBr复合光催化剂的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 采用一步溶剂热法将半导体材料溴化氧铋(BiOBr)与钛酸铋(Bi4Ti3O12)复合,制备了Bi4Ti3O12/BiOBr复合光催化剂,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等表征手段对其进行表征,并在7W LED灯照射下对罗丹明B(RhB)进行光催化反应。结果表明:合成的Bi4Ti3O12/BiOBr复合光催化剂具有较好的结晶度和较高的光催化活性;反应时间与反应温度对光催化剂活性有显著影响,当反应时间为24h、反应温度为180℃时,复合光催化剂的降解率最大,可达85.1%;污染物RhB的初始质量浓度对降解率也有影响。

【Abstract】 A one-step solvothermal method was used to compound the BiOBr with Bi4Ti3O12,which improved the photocatalytic activity of BiOBr.This product was analyzed by XRD and SEM,and the photocatalytic reaction of rhodamine B(RhB)was carried out under the light of 7W LED lamp.The results showed that the synthesized Bi4Ti3O12/BiOBr had good crystallinity and high photocatalytic activity.At the same time,the synthesis time and temperature had a significant effect on the photocatalytic activity.When the time and temperature were 24hand 180℃,respectively,the degradation efficiency of RhB by the catalyst was the largest of 85.1%.The initial concentration of contaminants had an effect on the degradation efficiency.
