废菌渣活性炭对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除研究
Removal of Cr(Ⅵ) from aqueous solution with MRAC
【摘要】 研究了废菌渣活性炭(MRAC)对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除特性。对MRAC进行扫描电镜和BET比表面积分析。探讨了pH、无机阴离子及小分子有机酸对MRAC去除水中Cr(Ⅵ)的影响。结果表明:MRAC表面分布大量均匀的微孔结构,比表面积高达857.14m~2/g,是典型的介孔材料;在温度25℃,MRAC投加量0.2g,吸附时间120min的条件下,pH=7时MRAC对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率高达99.65%。无机阴离子和小分子有机酸对MRAC去除水中Cr(Ⅵ)的影响不大。吸附遵循准二级动力学方程。MRAC对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除性能明显高于市售活性炭(CAC),且经HCl解吸再生5次后对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率高于88%。
【Abstract】 The removal characteristics of Cr(Ⅵ)in water by mushroom residue activated carbon(MRAC)were studied.SEM and BET characterization analysis were performed on MRAC.The effects of different parameters such as pH,inorganic anions and small-molecule organic acids on the removal of Cr(Ⅵ)was investigated.BET showed MRAC’s specific surface area was as high as 857.14 m~2·g-1,which was a typical mesoporous material.SEM showed that MRAC had a large number of uniform microporous structures distributed on the surface.The removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)by MRAC was as high as 99.98% at 25℃,pH 7,dosage of 0.5 g,and adsorption time of 120 min.Inorganic anions and small organic acids had little effect on the removal of Cr(Ⅵ)from water by MRAC.The obtained adsorption date of Cr(Ⅵ)on MRAC correlated well with the Pseudo-second-order model.The removal performance of Cr(Ⅵ)by MRAC was significantly higher than that of commercially available activated carbon(CAC),and the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)in water after 5% desorption by HCl was higher than 88%.
