硫化铋纳米花的可控制备
Controllable preparation of bismuth sulfide nanoflower
【摘要】 通过水热法以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O为铋源、CH4N2S为硫源、尿素为矿化剂,在丙三醇与水的混合溶剂中制备不同尺寸的Bi2S3纳米花。运用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计(UV-Vis-NIR)、荧光分光光度计(PL)等检测手段对样品进行表征。结果表明,合成的Bi2S3为正交相纳米晶结构,Bi2S3纳米花的生长是固相-液相-固相转化过程,样品形貌和尺寸受到反应物摩尔比、溶剂种类、合成温度、合成时间等因素影响。通过控制不同的条件可得到形貌均一的纳米花,并对Bi2S3纳米花的光学性能及生长过程进行了初步讨论。
【Abstract】 Bismuth sulfide nanoflowers were prepared by hydrothermal method using Bi(NO3)3·5 H2O as a bismuth source,CH4N2S as a sulfur source and urea as a mineralizer.The samples were characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),high resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM),ultraviolet visible near infrared spectrophotometer(UV-Vis-NIR)and fluorescence spectrophotometer(PL).The results showed that the synthesized Bi2S3 had an orthonormal nanocrystalline structure.The growth of Bi2S3 was the transformation process of solid phase-liquid phase-solid phase.The morphology and size of Bi2S3 were influenced by the molar ratio of reactants,the type of solvents,the reaction temperature and time.The uniform morphology of nanoflowers can be obtained by controlling different conditions.The optical properties and growth process of Bi2S3 were also discussed.
