木质素基环氧树脂热稳定动力学研究
Study on thermal stability kinetics of lignin based epoxy resin
【摘要】 使用低共熔物(DES)对可再生木质素(LG)进行改性,并将改性木质素(MLG)与环氧氯丙烷(ECH)反应合成木质基环氧树脂(LGEP),并对不同质量比(ECH/MLG=1,5,10,20)合成的LGEP的热稳定动力学进行模拟计算。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和非等温差示量热(DSC)对LGEP进行测试。结果表明:成功合成环氧树脂,且在ECH/MLG=5时,所得木质基环氧树脂体系最稳定。
【Abstract】 The lignin(LG)was modified by deep eutectic solution(DES),and the modified lignin(MLG)was reacted with epichlorohydrin(ECH)to synthesize the lignin-based epoxy resins(LGEP)with different mass ratio(ECH/MLG=1,5,10 and 20).The thermal stability kinetics of LGEP was simulated and calculated.The epoxy resin was measured by scanning electron microscope(SEM),fourier transform infrared detector(FT-IR)and non-isothermal differential calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that epoxy resin was successfully synthesized and the lignin-based epoxy resin system was the most stable at ECH/MLG=5.
