乙基纤维素与离子液体共混膜制备及气体分离性能研究

【摘要】 采用离子液体1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(AmimBF4)对乙基纤维素(EC)进行复合改性,将混合后的铸膜液,在室温下成膜,采用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、差压式气体透过仪对共混膜进行测试。研究结果表明,制得的共混膜柔韧性增强,强度高,气体分离性能有很大提高,与纯EC膜相比,二氧化碳(CO2)的透过系数达到102.6Barrer,提高了2.5倍,分离系数平均值为41,提高了1倍多。

【Abstract】 Ethyl cellulose(EC)was modified and compounded by ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate(AmimBF4),and the mixed casting solution was formed at room temperature.The blend film was tested by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and differential pressure gas permeation.The results showed that the flexibility of film was enhanced,the strength was high and the gas separation performance was also improved a lot.Compared with the pure EC membrane,the permeability coefficient for carbon dioxide(CO2)reached 102.6 Barrer,which was 2.5 times higher than the pure.The average separation factor was 41,which was more than doubled.
