双基、改性双基推进剂子弹撞击易损性响应研究

【摘要】 采用速度为(850±20)m·s-1的12.7mm标准穿甲弹撞击试样,研究子弹撞击机械刺激下双基、改性双基推迚剂的易损性响应特性和影响因素。结果表明:子弹撞击对推迚剂的易损性响应程度与推迚剂配方组分以及子弹的穿透深度有一定关系,推迚剂配方中固体含量越高、组分感度越高,子弹穿过推迚剂深度越深,其响应程度越剧烈;本试验中RDX含量25%的RDX-CMDB推迚剂在子弹轴向撞击下収生了爆燃响应。

【Abstract】 The vulnerability response characteristics and influencing factors of modified double-base propellants under the impact of bullets were studied, by 12.7 mm standard penetrator impact specimens with a velocity of(850±20)m/s. The results show that there are obvious correlations with the propellant compositions and the piercing depth in the vulnerability response extents by the bullet impacts.The more the RDX content in the propellant formulation,the higher the component sensitivity,the deeper the penetration of the bullet into the propellant,the more intense the response.The RDX-CMDB propellant containing 25%RDX has a deflagation response under bullet axial impact.
