一种中心管式等离子体发生器点火性能研究
Ignition Performance Research of A Central Tube Plasma Generator
【摘要】 通过自行设计的中心管式等离子体发生器,开展了等离子体点火特性和30mm火炮试验研究。结果表明:等离子点火可以大大缩短发射药点火延迟时间,有利于发射药的瞬时点火;与底喷式等离子体发生器相比,中心管式等离子体发生器可以产生更多的等离子体,并可以通过调整起爆丝的数量,提供不同的点火能量;在相同装药量情况下,与常规点火比较,中心管式等离子体点火显著缩短了高能硝胺发射药的点火时间,增强了发射药燃烧性能,弹道性能获得了一定提高,示压效率提高了2.4%。
【Abstract】 A kind of central tube plasma generator was designed, then plasma ignition performance and 30 mm gun test research were developed. The results show that propellant ignition delay time is considerably reduced in favor of propellant instantaneous ignition. The central tube plasma generator can produce more plasma compared to the bottom-jet plasma generator. And it can provide different ignition energy through changing exploding wire amount. In the same charge, compared to the conventional ignition, the central tube plasma ignition can shorten ignition time obviously and enhance combustion performance of high-energy nitramine gun propellant. Tests results show that ballistic performance is better and pressure efficiency is increased 2.4%.
