【摘要】 通过大鼠急性经口毒性试验、三项遗传毒性试验(Ames试验、鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验)及30天喂养试验对复方管花肉苁蓉片安全性进行评价。以26.40 g/kg·bw剂量给予大鼠灌胃后,无中毒现象,观察2周动物无死亡,试验结束后大体观察解剖动物未见明显异常。遗传毒性实验结果均为阴性。30天喂养试验中各剂量组大鼠的体重、摄食量、血液学及生化指标等较对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05);组织病理学检查未见因样品产生的异常改变,在试验剂量范围内未见毒性副作用。因此,在本实验条件下复方管花肉苁蓉片具有较好安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the safety of compound tablets of Cistanche tubulosa, acute toxicity test on rats, Ames test,marrow micronucleus test on mice, sperm malformation test and feeding test of 30 days were conducted. The rats were given the dose of 26.40 g/kg·bw for 14 days and no obvious poisoning symptoms were observed without death.When the animals were dissected at the end of the experiment, no obvious abnormality was observed in the general observation.The results of the three genotoxicity tests were all negative. In the 30 days feeding test, there were no significant differences in terms of the weight, food intake, food utilization, ematological index, blood biochemistry of each dose group compared with the control group(P>0.05). Gross anatomic observation and histopathological examination showed no abnormal changes associated with the sample. No toxic side effects were observed in the range of test dose.The experimental results showed that compound tablets of Cistanche tubulosa were relatively safe.更多还原
