低氮负荷对厌氧氨氧化工艺性能及微生物菌群的影响
Effect of low nitrogen loading on performance of anammox process and microbial community
【摘要】 研究了在SBR反应器中不同氮负荷下厌氧氨氧化工艺的脱氮性能及微生物菌群活性。结果表明SBR反应器在温度为30~35℃、 pH值为7.8~8.3、溶解氧的质量浓度为0~0.1 mg/L的运行条件下,当进水总氮负荷由0.078 kg[N]/(m3·d)分别降为0.039、 0.023、 0.020 kg[N]/(m3·d)时,对应的总氮去除率由86%依次降为81%、65%和60%,污泥比厌氧氨氧化活性(SAA)由73.20 mg[NH4+-N]/(g[VSS]·d)依次降为61.02、 53.01和49.76 mg[NH4+-N]/(g[VSS]·d)。在进水总氮负荷提升为0.116 kg[N]/(m3·d)时,总氮去除率升高为92.67%,污泥SAA上升至57.92 mg[NH4+-N]/(g[VSS]·d)。低氮负荷对厌氧氨氧化工艺的处理效率和污泥活性产生了可逆的抑制效应,当进水总氮负荷提升后,系统的脱氮效率及污泥活性均能够恢复。Candidatus Anammoxoglobus菌和Cadidatus Brocadia菌是反应器中的优势厌氧氨氧化菌属。当总氮负荷不断降低时,Candidatus Brocadia菌的丰度不断减少,而Cadidatus Anammoxoglobus菌的丰度基本保持不变。
【Abstract】 The nitrogen removal performance and microbial activity of anammox process under different nitrogen loading in SBR reactor were studied. The results showed that, SBR reactor operated under the condition that the temperature was 30-35 ℃, the pH value was 7.8-8.3 and the mass concentration of dissolved oxygen was 0-0.1, when the effluent total nitrogen loading decreased from 0.078 kg[N]/(m3·d) to 0.039, 0.023 and 0.020 kg [N]/(m3·d) respectively, the corresponding total nitrogen removal rates decreased from 86% to 81%,65% and 60%, and the specific anammox activity(SAA) of the sludge was dropped from 73.20 mg[NH4+-N]/kg(g[VSS]·d) to 61.02, 53.01 and 49.76 mg[NH4+-N]/kg(g[VSS]·d) respectively. When the influent total nitrogen loading was increased to 0.116 kg[N]/(g[VSS]·d), the removal rate of total nitrogen raised to 92.67% and the SAA increased to 57.92 mg [NH4+-N]/kg(g [VSS]·d). It was indicated that low nitrogen loading inhibited the treatment efficiency of anammox process and the sludge activity; however, the inhibiting effect was reversible,both of the above two indexes could be recovered when the influent total nitrogen loading was increased. Candidatus Anammoxoglobus and Cadidatus Brocadia were the dominant anammox bacteria genus in the reactor, when the total nitrogen loading was decreasing, the abundance of Candidatus Brocadia decreased constantly, while the abundance of Cadidatus Anammoxoglobus basically remained unchanged
