硅光电信增管探测器温度补偿电源设计
Design of Temperature Compensation Power Supply for SiPM Detector
【摘要】 本课题利用硅光电信增管(SiPM)的增益与电压成正相关特性,设计了具有温度补偿特性的SiPM探测器偏置电源,并进行了实验测试。测试结果表明:在恒温箱内不同温度下的137Cs全能峰测量,加入温度补偿后,137Cs全能峰的峰位道址变化从31.9%变减小为1.3%,表明SiPM的增益具有良好的温度稳定性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a bias power supply of SiPM detector with temperature compensation is designed and tested by using the positive correlation between SiPM gain and voltage.The Experimental test results show that:in the 137Cs all-around peak measurement at different temperatures in a thermostat,after temperature compensation is added,the peak location change of 137Cs all-around peak decreases from31.9% to 1.3%,indicating that the gain of SiPM has good temperature stability.
