通风过滤器框架辐射水平检测装置控制系统设计
Development of the Radiation-Level Detecting Device Controller for Ventilation Filter Framework
【摘要】 采用STM32系列单片机,通过控制步进电机和定位检测器,配合丝杆结构实现了对整齐堆叠的通风过滤器框架四周四个核辐射探测器的恒速精确控制,同时配合箱体式机械结构也可保证在移动过程中辐射探测器与通风过滤器框架表面保持恒定距离不变,解决了目前采用人工手动握持核辐射探测仪器进行检测时,难以保持与框架表面距离恒定和移动速度恒定造成检测数据可靠性差的问题,且由于可以实现对四个测量面的同时检测,提升了工作效率。
【Abstract】 Nowadays, detecting Ventilation Filter Framework is depending on manual Radiac instrument. In this process, it is hard to keep a steady distance to the surface of Ventilation Filter Framework and a steady speed of radiactive instruments, which can Reduce reliability of detection result. This article is based on STM32, using stepping motor and position-detection device, comparing with screw structure, making the controlling four Radiac instruments simultaneously come true. The use of Box-type structure ensures a steady distance between Radiac instruments and surface of Ventilation Filter Frameworks. This way of four-side simultaneous detecting improves the efficiency of detecting.
