【摘要】 介绍了高职院校教师服务社会的必要性,提出教师服务社会是其重要职能,是发展的实际需求。分析了高职院校教师社会服务现状:服务成效不显著、服务内容不深刻、服务意识不强烈。阐述了提升高职院校教师社会服务能力的方法:创新社会服务机制,构建教学与科技服务委员会,鼓励教师开展研发工作,强化校企合作,制定奖罚制度,打造专业教科研团队和社会服务团队,提高教师的科研水平、学术水平、学术创新能力,开展校企合作,整合校内外服务资源,形成主动服务氛围,这样才能提升高职院校教师的社会服务能力,从而促进高职院校的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the necessity of serving society for teachers in higher vocational colleges,it points out that serving society is an important function of teachers and the actual demand of teachers’ development. It analyses the present situation of teachers’ social service in higher vocational colleges: the service effect is not significant,the service content is not profound,and the service consciousness is not strong. It expounds the methods of improving teachers’ social service ability in higher vocational colleges: innovating social service mechanism,constructing teaching and science and technology service committee, encouraging teachers to carry out research and development work,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,formulating reward and punishment system,building professional teaching and research team and social service team,improving teachers’ scientific research level,academic level,academic innovation ability,developing school-enterprise cooperation and integration. In order to enhance the social service ability of teachers and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges,service resources inside and outside schools should be formed into active service atmosphere.更多还原
