基于遗传算法的清洗车机架机构铰点位置优化

【摘要】 鉴于清洗车工作装置机架连杆机构的铰点位置直接影响油缸的最大工作压力,文章在分析清洗车工作装置运动的基础上,以液压缸的最大作用力最小为目标函数,建立针对铰点位置的优化模型;采用遗传算法,利用Matlab优化工具箱,对铰点位置进行优化;根据优化结果,建立隧道壁面与声屏障清洗车工作装置的动力学模型,比较优化前、后液压缸的受力情况。优化结果表明,优化后的铰点位置大大降低了液压缸的工作压力。

【Abstract】 In view of the fact that the hinge position of the cleaning vehicle frame directly affects the maximum working pressure of the cylinder, on the basis of the analysis of the movement of the cleaning vehicle, the optimization model of the hinge position is established by taking the minimum of maximum working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder as the objective function. Using the genetic algorithm and the toolbox of Matlab, the hinge position is optimized. According to the optimization results, the dynamic model of the working device of tunnel wall and acoustic barrier cleaning vehicle is established, and the force of the hydraulic cylinder before and after optimization is compared. The optimization results show that the optimized hinge position greatly reduces the working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder.
