基于物联网技术的农作物颜色筛选机
Crop Color Screening Machine Based on Internet of Things Technology
【摘要】 为实现使用颜色传感器自动检测筛选农作物,设计了以TCS230颜色传感器、STC89C52单片机为主体的颜色检测筛选系统的.系统将测得的颜色数据与优劣等级颜色数值范围进行对比,当颜色属于等级劣颜色数值范围时筛选除掉劣质农作物.经过实验证明该系统实现了通过颜色检测来筛选农作物的功能,且具有成本低、操作简便等优点.该系统代替人工分拣,大大提高农作物生产线的工作效率,具有大面积应用推广的良好发展前景.
【Abstract】 In this article, automatic detection and screening of crops is introduced by using color sensors,a color,detection and screening system based on TCS230 color sensor and STC89 C52 microcontroller is designed.In the system, the measured color data with the color range of good or bad grades is compared, when the color falls within the range of the inferior color values, remove the inferior crops.Experiments show that the system can screen crops by color detection, and has the advantages of low cost and easy operation. The system replaces manual sorting and greatly improves the work efficiency of crop production line. It has a good prospect of application and popularization in a large area.
