【Abstract】 Under the background of double first-class construction, this paper discusses how college journals achieve new breakthroughs and meet new challenges. This paper analyzes the current situation and disadvantages of the development of university journals, and the construction of double first-class brings new ideas to solve the problems of "small and complete" and serious homogenization and so on. Focusing on the construction demand of double first-class and paying attention to the subject of double first-class to form a "first-rate" academic journal.We should get out of the characteristic of double first-class discipline and other disciplines,build up a group of superior subjects,collect a group of high-level experts and create a real "first-rate" academic journal.So that scientific and technological journals can better play the social service function, scientific and technological leading function, talent training function and think-tank function, and better serve the national scientific research development and double-first class construction.更多还原
