【Abstract】 Internet era makes new challenges and opportunities for college mental health education. It is suggested to summarize the new characters to master the education law. The education principles should put people first,teach students in accordance of their aptitude,development,and entirety. A new model should be constructed from the aspect of education staff,teaching resource,education philosophy,and internet advantage.
