4-羟基苯甲酰胺催化脱水制备4-羟基苯甲腈

【摘要】 4-羟基苯甲腈是重要的精细化工原料和中间体,广泛用于合成多种医药、农药、香料、液晶材料等.利用三氧化二铝作为催化剂,加入氨基磺酸和尿素,在高沸点溶剂中对4-羟基苯甲酰胺进行脱水反应,得到4-羟基苯甲腈.并对反应条件进行了详细研究.在优化的条件下,HPLC产率达到96%,分离产率为94%.此方法产率高,副产物少.

【Abstract】 4-Hydroxybenzonitrile is an important fine chemical raw material and intermediate,which is widely used in the synthesis of various medicines,pesticides,perfumes,and liquid crystal materials etc. In the paper,it was described that 4-hydroxybenzamide was dehydrated leading to 4-hydroxybenzonitrile catalyzed by aluminum oxide in the presences of sulfamic acid and urea in a high boiling point solvent. The reaction conditions were intensively studied. Under the optimized conditions,the yield of HPLC is up to 96% and the isolated is up to 94%. This method gives a high yield and less by-products.
