【摘要】 本文在深入调研的基础上对社会组织党组织落实全面从严治党责任制的内涵进行了界定;总结、归纳了目前社会组织党组织落实全面从严治党责任制中存在的主要问题并从主客观两方面分析了原因。根据各省市在加强社会组织党建工作中的有效做法和经验,提出了社会组织党组织落实全面从严治党责任制的对策和建议,分别是:强化责任意识、落实责任分解;加强对责任主体的指导与培训;选优配强领导班子;完善责任考核和监督机制;完善责任保障机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the in-depth investigation, this paper defines the connotation of party organization of social organizations implementing the responsibility system of comprehensively and strictly administering the Pary, summarizes the main problems exsiting in the current situation, and analyzes the reasons from both the subjectivity and objectivity of main problems. According to the effective practices and experiences of the provinces and cities in strengthening the party building work of social organizations, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to the main problems, namely strengthening the awareness of responsibility and implementing responsibility decomposition; strengthening the guidance and training of the subject of responsibility; selction and matching of strong leadership; improving the responsibility assessment and supervision mechanisim; improving the responsibility guarantee mechanism.更多还原
