PEDOT:PSS与n-Silicon有效接触面积对基于n-Silicon/PEDOT:PSS杂化光伏电池性能的影响
Effect of effective contact between PEDOT:PSS and n-Silicon on the performance of hybrid solar cells based on n-Silicon/PEDOT:PSS
【摘要】 文中以具有不同硅纳米结构的硅片为基底制备了基于共轭聚合物聚3,4二氧乙烯噻吩:聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT:PSS)/硅(Si)的有机/无机杂化光伏电池,研究了PEDOT:PSS与Si基底形成的有效肖特基结接触面积对器件性能的影响,电池的电流密度-电压曲线(J-V)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的结果表明:增加形成的有效肖特基结面积,可有效提高器件的短路电流密度和填充因子.
【Abstract】 In this work, we report on PEDOT:PSS/Silicon hybrid solar cells based on different silicon nano structure and PEDOT:PSS, and study the effect of effective contact between PEDOT:PSS and n-Silicon on the performance of hybrid solar cells. The current density-voltage(J-V) and SEM results show that Jsc and FF of the hybrid solar cells will be improved with the increased effective contact between PEDOT:PSS and n-Silicon.
