【摘要】 在国家推进高校"双一流"建设的背景下,我国地方高校继续教育面临着发展的机遇和现实的挑战。通过分析存在的机遇和挑战,阐述了地方高校继续教育转型发展的指导思想、基本原则和路径选择。在路径选择方面,提出了对标重点高校、边规范边转型、以转型引领发展三条路径。详细论述了以转型引领发展这一路径的实现形式,对于地方高校继续教育转型发展实践具有一定现实指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of "Double First-Class" university project promoted by the government of China, the continuing education in local colleges of China faces the development opportunities and realistic challenges. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges, proposes the guiding ideology, basic principle and path selection of transformation and development of continuing education in local colleges. In the aspect of path selection, the author proposes three paths which were targeting key universities, transformation while standardization, development by transformation. Then, the author illustrates the realization form of the path of development by transformation; it has practical significance for transformation and development of continuing education in local colleges.更多还原
