【摘要】 高等继续教育学员的职业素养结构应有职业知识、职业技能、职业能力和职业品质等组成。问卷调查结果显示,一些高等继续教育学员职业素养不足,致使职业发展困难。继续教育院校不科学的办学理念、课程设置和教学模式以及学员薄弱的学习动力是造成学员职业素养不高的主要原因。为提升高等继续教育学员的职业素养,继续教育院校应关注职业发展趋势,分析职业需求,革新课程体系,改革教学模式,完善实践机制,加强职业规划指导和咨询。更多还原

【Abstract】 The students’ professional qualities structure should be composed of professional knowledge, professional skills, professional ability and professional ethics in higher continuing education. The survey results show that some students lack of professionalism, resulting in career development difficulties. The unscientific school-running concept, curriculum and teaching mode of continuing educational colleges and the weak learning motivation of the students are the main reasons for the lack of professional quality of the students.
